Performance Squad

The Performance squad is aimed at advanced juniors and tournament players wishing to take their tennis and fitness to the "Elite" level. These sessions looks into both the technical and tactical aspects of high performance tennis.

Focus areas for the Performance Squad are:

• Technical and tactical focus of high perfomance tennis
• Physical conditioning for high performance tennis
• Tournament schedules and training plans
• Tournament travel (local, state and international)
• Nutrition

Bayside Tennis Coaching aims to provide a professional training environment for all players to reach and achieve their tennis goals. We work closely with Tennis Australia and provide players a pathway from Club level tennis to State, National, and International Representatives as well as a pathway to the Tennis Australia National Academy Program.
